How it works

  1. Design. Build the product in the online studio and see the price as you go.
  2. Request. Send it; you get a deal number and Hen replies personally.
  3. Samples. Approve physical samples of your shades before production.
  4. Production and QC. We send photos of inner cartons, master cartons and barcodes before shipping.
  5. Shipping. Goods are insured until the port in China, then your customs broker takes over door to door.

Why brands order nail polish through GLOWTRADE

Nail polish ships by sea as a regulated flammable liquid (UN1263, Class 3). We prepare the paperwork, and our customs partners handle the import and delivery to your door.

Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order for private-label nail polish?

30,000 units per order, which you can split across your shades, with at least 3,000 units per shade.

Can I use my own formula?

Yes. Send your formula or your requirements and we check with the lab that it can be produced. You approve samples before production.

How long does a sample take?

About 10 days to make, plus the delivery time to you.

What if a shade arrives wrong?

If a shade is wrong or we made any other mistake, we refund you right away or send new, corrected goods. Report it within 60 days with photos and the carton barcode.

Do you ship nail polish by air?

Nail lacquer is a Class 3 flammable liquid, so it normally ships by sea. Your customs partner handles the import.
